UBOE

UBOE  covers the territory of Estonia

Carrie Krogmann from ZDF is the co-ordinator of UBOE, and Anniina Dahlström from YLE is the vice co-ordinator.

UBOE enters into agreements with the cable operators in co-operation with EAÜ. EAÜ is the collecting society approved by the Estonian Ministry of Education representing the other rights holders.
